Whether you run the system via the instrument keypad or incorporate it

TotalChrom® Chromatography Data Systems, it’s a fully scalable and
expandable system to meet the needs of growing laboratories.
While available in numerous configurations, this particular Series 200
HPLC System includes the Series 200 Pump, Series 225 Autosampler and
Series 200 UV/Vis Detector.
The
Series 200 Pump provides greater stability and compressibility
compensation – it mixes like a chemist. It is designed for long piston
seal life and less downtime, delivers precise flow rates and rugged
check valve design.
The
Series 225 Autosampler is the ultimate sampling tool designed to
address your growing need for automation, quantitation and throughput.
It replaces manual steps by automating key operations, is compatible
with a wide range of temperature-controlled trays for a variety of
applications and is designed for easy serviceability and maintenance.
Finally, the
Series 200 UV/Vis Detector offers best-in-class sensitivity,
outstanding linearity and performance 24/7. The detector maintains that
same level of performance across its entire operating range by
supporting the use of Deuterium or Tungsten sources - depending on your
specific needs. |

PerkinElmer’s Series 200
Photo Diode Array (PDA) System provides deeper insights in your results
through best-in-class linearity and spectral integrity.
The
Series 200EP PDA Detector is designed for uncompromised quantitative
analysis of complex matrices, offering complete sample characterization
with outstanding analytical performance across its full UV/Vis range.
This Series 200 PDA System is also fully network compatible. This allows
you to simply connect the entire HPLC system to your lab's existing LAN
– and control the unit and collect and process data from a PC located as
close to, or as far from, the actual system as you require.
Finally,
IRIS Spectral Processing Software supports spectral data from the
Series 200EP PDA Detector. The software accesses, displays and
manipulates spectral data with speed and flexibility; confirms and
performs peak identification via spectral library matches, while also
calculating and reporting peak purity and lambda maxima for each
component; and also views/manipulates spectra contour maps and 3D plots
in great detail. Use IRIS software to extract and reprocess actual
chromatograms at any wavelength you desire – directly from spectra
datafile. |

Bring your Chromatography to a new level
The Series 275 HRes LC System provides new levels of performance and
throughput in Liquid Chromatography. The new Brownlee™ HRes LC Columns
technology (1.9-µm particle size) offers the ability to play with high
linear speed of mobile phase to modulate the needs for resolution and/or
throughput. Together with a new Series 275 Micro Pump (10,000 psi) and a
new dedicated Series 275 Autosampler, the Series 275 HRes LC System
delivers more flexibility in defining analytical parameters and
instrumental conditions. It provides the ability to explore analytical
conditions unachievable with a "traditional" analytical system, allowing
to port existing methods into a new dimension of speed, efficiency and
resolution. |

informasjon om disse systemene så snart dette er tilgjengelig fra
